This basic support is 15% of the product/service cost. Covering software updates, telephone support and minor
modifications. You can extend this by purchasing additional development hours at a reduced rate. These
hours can then be used for further development of the system. All telephone calls are logged and can be tracked
and analysed to improve future support.
