Kbase Connect Ltd is now working in partnership with Paypoint, a secure online payment service provider who can enable our clients to have secure online payment services on their web solution(s).

Paypoint is once of the UKs biggest and best online payment merchants, offering secure card processing at very affordable costs. In particular, their Professional Packages are designed with a number of significant features available that help merchants develop a payment gateway option to integrate seamlessly with their business website. They also come with a number of transactions included in the monthly price, enabling merchants to manage their costs effectively.

Like all Paypoint products and services, the Professional Packages offered come with the full backing of the Paypoint reputation for reliability, security and best value. To use their services you will need to have an Internet Merchant Account (IMA) with one of the banks that they are integrated with, click below to see the full list:

Paypoint Professional Packages come in three choices;

Professional 10
£50 set-up fee and then a £10 per month service charge that includes up to 60* transactions.
After this each subsequent transaction will be charged at 39p.

Professional 20
£50 set-up fee and then a £20 per month service charge that includes up to 800* transactions.
After this each subsequent transaction will be charged at 20p.

Professional 100
£50 set-up fee and then a £100 per month service charge that includes up to 5000* transactions.
After this each subsequent transaction will be charged at 10p.

* Please note this is the total number of transactions included per month any unused transaction will not be carried forward to the following month.

As merchants grow they will be able to change from a lower volume package to the higher ones (i.e. 10 to 20 or 20 to 100) without incurring an administration fee. Please note though that it unfortunately is not possible to reduce volume (switch from the 100 to the 10) without incurring the administration charge.

  • Flexible CSV and XML reporting with the ability to build and store reports
  • The ability to schedule future and multiple repeating transactions
  • The ability to quarantine transaction based on CV2 and AVS status
  • Velocity and abnormal fraud risk scoring to identify higher risk transactions
  • Known suspect and high risk IP address screening
  • Telephone support with full technical expert help
  • Ability to set-up group billed and multiple accounts

The Professional packages represent great value for money, especially as they integrate seemlessly with your website, meaning the user doesn't get to see an unfamiliar screen at the point of payment. Aside from automatic online payments, you can also process orders manually within your administration system, making offline ordering such as completing telephone transactions possible.
